Because of sanitary and health reasons, we are not permitted to refund or exchange your product, so please be certain of the product you choose before confirming your order.
All our handmade products are unique and one of a kind. Soaps will not be an exact duplication because each loaf is handmade and unique in nature. Each bar may have a differnt pattern or color. You will receive a variation of the product, which will be the scent indicated, color, average weight, and shape.
