Returns Policy

We do not currently offer a return policy, but we want to make sure our Customers are happy. If you have an issue with an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly to help resolve your matter.

Terms and conditions:

All our handmade products are unique and one of a kind.

What this means: If you purchase an item from our store, it will not be an exact duplication because of its handmade and unique in nature. You will receive a variation of the product, which will be the scent indicated, color, average weight, and shape.

Sense of smell differs from person to person. For example: What smells like blueberry to me, may smell like raspberry to you. We try our best to describe each fragrance as accurately as possible and because of sanitary and health reason, we are not permitted to refund or exchange your product, so please be certain of the product you choose before confirming your order.

Shipping

We currently ship in the United States and US Territories. Shipping and handling cost are based on the total weight of your order. The weight of each item can be found on the items detail page. To reflect the policy of the companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next pound.

Allow 48 hours for the processing and packing of your order. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Purchases will be shipped via USPS or FedEx tracking numbers will be provided by email once your order ships. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 3 to 14 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge we can expedite your delivery, please send an email PRIOR to making your purchase and we will generate an invoice for you that included expedited shipping cost.

Please be sure to enter the correct postal address information. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided on your behalf or deemed undeliverable due to an incomplete address.

We will not be held responsible for items that are left at your door by the courier that shows a proof of delivery receipt in our system. If your courier tries to deliver packages multiple times without success and your items are returned to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the items resent. If you decide not to have the items resent a restocking fee of 25% of your order total will be deducted from your refund.

A lot of hard work goes into the creative process please respect that. All materials included but not limited to images, photos, product, product names, text, titles, descriptions… everything on this page unless otherwise noted belongs to Marie's Soapery. It is not to be used or reproduced unless consent is given in the form of written consent.

We don't sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally-identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other's rights, property, or safety.

We currently don't include or offer third-party products or services on our website. However we have implemented the following:

Third-party vendors like Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

Opting out:
Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. You can also opt out by visiting the Network Advertising initiative opt out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

Please store items in a dry area where it will not come in direct contact with water when not in use.

If you are knowingly allergic to any ingredient that we use in our products, and you choose to use it, we are not responsible for any rashes or allergic reactions that may occur. If an allergic reaction or rash does occur, discontinue use immediately.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms, conditions and policies and also acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for misuse of our products.
